Refund Policy for Wisconsin Horticulture LLC Effective Date: May 10, 2026
At Wisconsin Horticulture LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day refund policy on eligible items, subject to the conditions below. This policy applies to purchases made online at wisconsinhorticulture.com and in our retail stores.
30-Day Refund Window
- You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (online orders) or date of purchase (in-store) to request a refund or exchange.
- After 30 days, all sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
Eligible Items & Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact.
- The item must be in resaleable condition (no damage, tampering, or signs of use).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice).
- Perishable or consumable products (e.g., opened edibles, tinctures, topicals, flower, or vape products) are generally non-returnable for health, safety, and hygiene reasons.
Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items (even within 30 days):
- Any opened, used, or partially used products
- Gift cards or gift certificates
- Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless specified otherwise)
- Custom or personalized orders
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
- Shipping and handling fees (these are non-refundable)
How to Request a Refund or Exchange
Online Purchases:
- Contact us before shipping anything back at wisconsinhorticulture@gmail.com or call 414-249-9023.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
- Once approved, ship the item back to: Wisconsin Horticulture LLC 1412 S 72nd St, West Allis, WI 53214 (Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.)
In-Store Purchases:
- Bring the item and original receipt to the store where it was purchased within 30 days.
Processing Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion for certain items.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
- We will offer a full refund, replacement, or exchange at no additional cost to you (including return shipping in many cases).
Important Disclaimers
- This policy does not affect your rights under Wisconsin consumer protection laws if a product is misrepresented or defective.
- Due to the nature of hemp-derived products, we strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use. Results may vary.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions or appear to involve abuse of the policy.
